MHTD Pilot Program Overview

MHTD (Mental Health TouchDown) Pilot Program

The Mental Health Touchdown program is an initiative designed to introduce key concepts of mental health, emotional resilience, and positive coping strategies. The program aims to build mental health awareness as part of overall well-being, teach emotional regulation, and develop support systems. The curriculum uses a structured format for each session, incorporating interactive learning, hands-on activities, and group collaboration. The program is set to launch in early 2026.

Our program combines app‑based tools with live coaching to help families build trust and autonomy together:

  • Facilitated through the Trustyy app: Use the Trust and Freedom tool to negotiate privileges, log check‑ins and track goals. The app hosts parts of the curriculum, offers assessments (trust, readiness) and provides a smart coach to guide teens toward greater responsibility. It also includes features like a chores & goals tracker, wish‑list sharing, rewards and task approvals, along with progress reports so you can see how you’re doing.
  • Live parent groups: Over the course of eight or more weeks, parents meet twice weekly online—once for structured training and once for group coaching on real‑life challenges. These sessions are led by experienced coaches and create a supportive community where families learn and problem‑solve together.
  • Resources and masterclasses: You’ll receive access to the Not by Chance audiobook, a comprehensive parenting library and premium masterclasses like the “Not by Chance” video course and “Rookie Mistakes Any Parent Can Learn to Avoid.”

For families who want a deeper level of support, our Trustyy does offer some one-on-one coaching and asynchronous coaching.
